Class rings don't cut it as bling

Although their parents considered rings an integral part of graduation, most of today's high school students won't lift a finger to get one.

I now many kids that would love one but honestly this day in age, its not a feesable thing. Bring back the hype, drop costs slightly and see what happens.

In my day class rings were made of gold or silver and highly sought after by students. All they were good for was to give to s steady boyfriend whom ultimately either lost it,or broke it. After graduation, these rings spend their lives in jewelry boxes to be ocassionally looked at with a sense of wasted money, and how much it might be worth in todays prices for gold and silver content. Theyre a fad just like team sponsored jackets, shirts, and other memorabelia.
