Millennials were born between 1982 and 2004. 1976 to 1981 are Gen Xers. See Strauss and Howe's generational theory online.

Hey, Matt -- not to dwell too much on the obvious, but you did not address the question: "Those we do hire seem impatient and want perks beyond a good salary. What are other employers doing to reach this group of job seekers?" Are you running for election -- because you did a great job of redirection. The best way to make a Millennial happy is to give them a new loft downtown and tell them they can come to work if and when they feel like it.
