now i know why it is called a trust fund because you can't trust anyone. sounds like someone has a hand in the cookie jar and can not account for what they took out (politician).

Jeno was a job creator and got by on cheap labor. And when he did not get his way he was a job destroyer. He had grand ideas and grand failures. He was quite an enigma. He bailed out his son's gambling debts and set up Grandma's. Such a humble beginning growing his own crops and canning them on The Range. His personality was nothing less than entertaining. He was a self driven business man and wanted you to work hard for the little money he paid.

I'm curious why this issue is described, in the headline, as a "nasty" dispute. A disagreement among the heirs as to who they prefer to manage the trusts is simply that. A disagreement. Jeno is dead and his history has no bearing on this issue. There is an allegation that "Nelson has taken control of the family's assets and intends to live off the trusts." Managing a $100 million trust is clearly a full time job and whoever has that job will be able, and expected, to "live off the trusts." This is really a non-story. The only interesting part is Jeno and he is not involved in the current court actions.
