Friday night game will be higher simply because of the HD factor. KSTC should yeild to Vs. or FSN to allow fans to watch in HD

I live in Northern MN with satelite T.V. and we were not able to get the game. We could get the Wolves but that ws like kissing your sister. You would think the satelite people would want decent ratings and give us up North people the Wild or at least the Twins game.

only 54% of Minneapolis-St. paul has hardwire cable and only 23% of the population has HD so Friday's # will be lower. And KSTC is simulcasting there games with VS so the minority of people with HD will be able to enjoy it. KSTC, simply by being an over the air broadcast station, reaches the most # of people and should be applauded for airing these games so evrybody can watch - not just you HD snobs.

Versus only picked up games 2,3, and 4. TSN in Canada picked up game 1 for Canadians. The Wild had to make deals with KSTC to air the game.

How does having an HDTV make me a Snob!? Please Explain. If you have ever watched a sporting event in HD everything else doesn't compare. The picture quality is Phenomenal. HDTV's are not expensive. HD Service also, not expensive. I just can't comprehend why wanting to watch the Wild in a higher quality picture would make me a snob

If the ratings are so great and beating out regular programming, then why not show the games on KSTP 5 so that we can ALL watch it??? It's Minnesota...the "State of Hockey" and we're in the playoffs...shouldn't the games be broadcast on a regular channel that EVERYONE gets?

except i live outside of the Twin Cities. hey Wild - I would love to be a fan, but if you aren't going to make watching ALL of the playoff games available to me, its going to be really hard to get into it. And no, going to the game itself is not an option, I'm a broke college student in Winona that has finals in 2 weeks.

Ch 5 would be sweet - free TV with HD capability. Best of both worlds..but the main point is the WIld should be on FREE TV so EVERYBODY can enjoy, not 25% of the population. I have HDTV and picture is awesome but I would rather it be on regulat TV so all Wild fans can enjoy and root them on if that means I have to do w/o HD, I can suffer for the good of the people!!! battphone maybe your not a snob and just a selfish d-bag
