The ball is now in the Union's court. Turning down this deal will shift the blame to the players.

I can't believe the guts of these players and union reps. The NHL is offering to split Revenue with them and they say "We are hoping that this will be a good starting point". Are you kidding me. You are an employee. If you want to call the shots, make some money and start your own company. then offer to split your revenue with your employees and see if they are as ungrateful as you are.

schwen01 what are you talking about? My pal Luis and I are siding with the players 100% of the way on this matter. You top 1%ers have lost all touch with reality..what was I talking about??

Absolutely Parks - schwen seems to have a distorted view of reality. Someone like that cannot possibly understand our lifestyle or the type of benefits a union provides. Union busting conservatives like this are the reason we had to pass amendments which allow the government more access to our money and freedoms. If rich conservatives like schwen had free rain, the government would be reduced to simply a war mongoring republic where citizens have to fight for themselves and corporations pay no taxes. I have news for you schwen. Some of us are not fortunate enough to have been born into a family where we were encouraged to succeeed. We need unions to fight for our wage for us and protect our lifestyle.
