It's a good thing we got that meaningless win last season in Washington......why would need RGIII when we got limp-armed Ponder the wonder boy?!

Drool all over RG III all you want. He is a good quarterback, but don't forget the price they paid for him. 3 number one picks and a 2nd round pick. I remember all you media types worshiping at the shrine of Michael Vick when he was drafted, with his cannon arm and 4.2 speed. Rinse-repeat. After 3 years in the NFL his days of running will be over... Take that to the bank.

All told, the Vikes were not as good as their record stated. Need a better QB and a power wide out.

bearclaw500 "Drool all over RG III all you want. He is a good quarterback, but don't forget the price they paid for him." ___________ All it would have cost the Vikings to have him is one meaningless victory last season. I would take him in a heartbeat over Ponder.

I already mentioned this in the other articles, but the Vikes made a strategic error by not defending the run first. RGIII is a runner, and he will make his mistakes throwing. If the Vikings would have shadowed him instead of pressuring him like he's Tom Brady, we would have won by two touchdowns.

Typical Vikings display of disappearing defense when playing outside the Dome. My guess is that even if the offense had scored 3 TDs in 1st Quarter, this bumbling bunch would have found a way to cough up the lead reminiscent of last season's second half collapses. There is more of this to come.

RG3 is a Playmaker. Ponder doesn't know how to even spell that word. Ponder will never be a PLAYMAKER!

He's nothing special.....every year some rookie QB gets all the media hype then fades away....this was more on the Vikings crappy defense today than anything else. As usual, we break some losing trend a team has going.

The viking's defense showed their true colors today and there will be plenty more to come this season. Just wait until this bumling bunch of mismatched stooges have to play the Bears, Packers, Texans and Seahawks without the comforts of the humtpydome!!! 6-10 here we come!!!
