The coach admits he has siezures all the time and it doesn't stop him. Reminds me of that Saturday Night Live skit with Da Bears where Dit-ka keeps having a heart attack but it doesn't slow him down any.

The Defensive coordinator's comment was horrible! His comment to the media was he wouldn't be surprised if Kill was back in the office sunday night, hard at work again. HELLO PEOPLE!!! The coach has medical issues. It's been 3 hospital visits since he started and he's not even a year and a half into his new job. THIS ISN"T A JOKE! No need to try and fool the public with cheesy comments. Kill has issues! Get well Jerry-but I don't see 7 years of coaching here happening, as his contract is. Your coach going to the hosipital isn't something to sneeze about.

Coach Kill has seizures. Ok move on. That will not stop him from being able to be a great coach.

Sorry but Iv'e seen enough of the Kill era. NW comes in with a bunch of academic walkons and kicks Gophs butt in their own backyard. Thank Maturi for another great hire. There is no reason to go to a Gophs game. Embarassing!

Siouxchamp....it would be good for your to educate yourself on epilepsy. Other than handling the seizure itself, it is actually not a big deal. The stigma that you verbalize above is the reason Coach Kill is so public about it. You can be critical of his coaching...or not. But that is an unrelated topic.

unfortunately he has to be replaced. his health issues are and will be too much of a distraction. I wish him the best, but he is in way over his head

Did Maturi know about his health problem when he hired him? This is much more than a distraction.

We all wish Coach Kill the best...professionally and personally. If a change at the helm someday becomes necessary...perhaps the next Gopher mens football coach is just across the river...Glenn Caruso?

And several of the posters here demonstrate exactly what Coach Claeys was talking about. Not that I would expect anything better from some.
