Everson Griffen is saying good things, but eventually he's going to have to grieve. Right now, he's avoiding it by staying busy. That's okay, too, but sooner or later he'll have to confront his loss. I wish him well.

I just wanted to say that I am sorry for Everson and his family's loss. There is no right or wrong way to grieve. If Everson feels he should be with his extended family and dedicate Sunday's day to his Mom and her memory, then Great. I hope he racks up the sacks, makes an interception and causes a fumble or two. I hope he has the best day of playing football and having fun playing than he ever has. Go Griffen, we love you!!!

My heart goes out to Griffen. He is finally comming into his own as a player. Take as much time as you need. GO VIKES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
