All of that for an air mattress that you can buy for 50 bucks at a local retailer.

I find it hilarious how all the critics and naysayers come out on the message boards. Complain, criticize, and make it political on a non-political story! It's the Republican's or Democrat's fault based on their policy!! This is a great story of a MN company that has rebounded from a tough economy. I do own a Sleep Number bed and it is the best bed out on the market! My wife likes a firm Sleep Number of 100 while I like a softer 35 setting. Perfect compromise on a bed that I have owned for 7 years. We love our Sleep Number bed and will definitely buy another one. I am happy hear this company doing well and it sounds like they have great leadership from a female CEO. Way to go!

If I needed a new bed (I bought a new one about 2 years ago - not a Select Comfort), I would be in line to buy a Select Comfort bed!
