The University has a huge problem should there be any similar scandal within it. The U's general counsel reports to Kaler...and the Board of Regents. Internal audits conducted by the general counsel have been deeply flawed because the current general counsel has an interest in maintaining his job. Thus he is never critical of the U's administration.

I assume 'Don't harbor a suspected child molester.' should be atop the list of lessons learned from Penn State.
