By the time they get enough people working there to justify the new bridge and ramps, if that ever happens, it will be time to replace the bridge and ramps.

This is absolutely despicable! Be patient? How much more patient can the public be, Mr. Algadi?! We've put up with lies, illegal activity, broken promises, empty promises, and have not forgotten that the initial request for state money had absolutely nothing to do with biotech but was for a housing and retail development. Biotech was added to get taxpayer dollars, not because there was anything that indicated this would work! Mr. Pierce has had nearly 7 years to find someone interested in leasing space at this boondoggle - 7 years! And where is Mr. Burrill with the promised 1 billion dollar, designated venture capital fund? We were scammed here Abraham and we know it. It would be nice if you would stop pretending to know what you're doing.

Promises, promises, promises. About a year ago there was a standing room only crowd that met in Goodhue county at Urland Church on the need for a fix at the Cty 9 & 52 intersection. It was stated that Legislative Priority was the determining factor for timing the work on the intersections in the Hwy 52 corridor not need. As Elk Run moves forward with NO NEED, "This symbol of disregard for human life and suffering and legislative posturing," The accidents that take lives and maim people for life continue to stack up in Goodhue County. People are being used as human guinea pigs and our tax dollars are funding it. All promises have been broken by Elk Runs developer and the DOT who said they would need to see progress before they moved forward. I think the only promises being kept are those made in some unholy allience made in the dark of night out of the public eye and earshot.
