Sure, the NHL offer was tempting, but Nick Bjugstad is eager to tackle some unfinished business with the Gophers.

How refreshing to see a young guy do what he really WANTS to do AND be successful! Best of luck to Scotty and the Gophers.

Bjugstad is a stud. He is only going to get better...MUCH better. A championship run is a real possibility if the main pieces stay healthy.

He's going to need to pick up his speed if he wants to skate with the big boys in the NHL. No joke though, this kid can play.

So glad he came back. I remember when I saw him on FSN hockey night, playing a regular shift as a 5'8" freshman.. I kinda miss FSN hockey night. I hope the Blaine Bomber will beat Uncle Scott's 43 goal season, on the way to a national championship.. Swoop of the Condor... Go Gophers!

He has always been one of my favorites. I did like that he said he looked at what the result was of other U players leaving early and where they are now. I don't think a lot of these guys leaving early realize they are not ready. Should be another excellent season.

Hey, hey, hey...be nice to remmy. He has to put up with 28 year old Canadians, that's not easy.
