This really is mind boggling to me. Its not like either side is having a hard time putting food on the table or clothes on their kids backs. I mean seriously. What is holding this up from getting done other than egos? Someone please enlighten me.

There seems to be a nonchalant approach to getting the key economic discussions going in these talks/negotiations. Either that or both sides already know what the other is going to say or be willing/not willing to do and they are avoiding it like the plague. The way this is going, Monday will usher in two more weeks of cancelled games and we'll be into December before you know it. The cancellation of the Winter Classic will be the point of no return which would have to be determined by early December. It's looking like another non season. How pathetic!!
