Correction: US, French physicists both win and do not win Nobel for quantum work that could pave way for superfast computers, depending on the observer.

Quantum Physics is, at its core, nothing but a giant mathematical "fudge factor". It defines the behavior of subatomic particles by elaborately explaining that Science has absolutely no idea what a specific particle will do at any specific time...just like human beings.
