And they wouldn't even have to vote. Blame the Electoral College.

I know! Let's amend the Constitution so that each non-citizen is counted as 3/5 of a person! Because that worked so well for us the last time we tried it.

So Romney wins FL in these scenarios, yet those electoral votes from noncitizens fail to benefit him? I don't understand the logic.

Let me get this straight! We have state legislatures that can't agree on budgets, establish Constitutional Amendments to determine the possibility and validity of Voter Identification Amendments and Marriage Amendments that deal with "same sex" marriages. In the meantime, the American people have been and are continuously short changed by an "out dated" voting procedure, which is responsible for selecting the "most important position in the free world, called the President of the United States, by the "electoral college"! 1776 to 2012: 236 years! What have we been doing? I realize "state legislatures" do not dictate election procedures, but we have to start somewhere!

Mippy, I have a feeling that you don't understand much about the 3/5 compromise thrown around when people feel like they're providing provocative comments. This was a compromise between the North (the good guys) and the South (slave owners). Guess who wanted it to be zero?

install weighted voting.... Your vote equals the amount of Federal taxes you pay!
