No matter who says what, liberal or conservative, the law is supposed to be BLIND to race. That is what it is supposed to be. The man who wrote this is right. If poorer rated students are given a free ride by race into any college is breaking the law and not helping any person by RACE. I know ultra liberal people think this is just fine, to go by race for many things. But the law has never been constituted for race at all. In 27 years or so the caucasian people will be a minority in America and what then? Shall the liberals then say race should apply to caucasian students and help them in too? Good questions I say.
