Yeah, whatever. Ellison has been a great voice for the district. Fields can say whatever he wants to because no one is listening.

At the very least, with the writers' subjective comments, this article should be labeled an analysis.

Put no more obstructionst Republicans in public office. Don't give them the keys to anything you hold dear and want to keep. Cooperation and compromise are not "dirty words", they are the business of America. Keith Ellison represents Minnesota thoughtfully and diligently. He's earned reelection.

The large majority of political figures with a D next to their name make race or bigotry or tolerance an issue in nearly everything they ever talk about. Funny how this now warrants a piece written about it.

This article raises a good point: What has Ellison done for blacks? And how would they know?

Where does the right find these black people who are willing to ignore their bigotry? I guess its the same place they find all those closeted politicians that are willing to go along with the flow, but it isn't going to work.

How can a black person become a regressive , it's against every black person existence. If he is standing for the regressive party it is automatic that he is not representing the better interest of black people.

As they say in court, Fields doesn't have standing, since he's done zip for anyone but himself. He's just one more incompetent and pathetic example of this year's crop of Republicans.
