Sounds great, especially the part where Minnesotans are getting some value for all the federal tax dollars we send to Washington (Portland, Denver, and Seattle have be helping themselves to that money for years). Wish they would put a park in the middle of downtown Minneapolis somewhere - would drive up property values, encourage street level development, and be a better place to spend our money for public sculpture.

Turgid I've said that for years as well. Just look at all the development around the Henn. Co. Govt. Ctr. I find it odd that there's not one mention in the article about the picture. Sure the picture is captioned but still...really??
