It was a fine debate. It was refreshing that the candidates were the center of attention rather than some self-important moderator. Lehrer did just fine.

Romney was a loud hyper bully that lied and abused the rules and the president was presidential and factually correct.

Jim simply tanked. Both candidates went over their time. It's telling that Obama apologized to Jim but Romney just steamrolled over him. True to form I guess. GOP always says Obama is too apologetic and DEMs say Romney is a heartless bully. Maybe both sides are right for a change!

russ999 "Romney was a loud hyper bully that lied and abused the rules and the president was presidential and factually correct." Almost! Romney's got three strikes against him and Obama has only one according to the Annenberg Foundation's website Flackcheck.com accuracy report.

Hey moderators. If you want the candidates to stick with their time limits communicate that with the sound techincian and the camera crew. When their time is up cut their mike and move the camera to the next candidate.
