Best Buy dispatches Geek Squad to eBay

Service plans are available on the auction site as Best Buy continues to drum up revenue.

Best Buy is only trying to prove P T Barnum right, Their is a sucker born every minute! I had a nightmare experience with The Geek Squad, they had my new Laptop 27 weeks of it's 52 week warranty, I return it back to them 6 times and every time they broke more than they fixed and there was screws missing everywhere. On the 53 week it broke again the Geek Squad said sorry your warranty is up, I said in the last year you had it more than me. Never again!

Same thing happen to me they broke our Apple laptop.And the 3rd time it went down we took it to the apple store it was fixed in 2 days and for half the price. The Apple folks said that was the first mistake you made buying anything from BBY even Apple products. I will never step foot in a BBY again i hope they just go away.
