Please check your Vitamin D source - it is not found in fruits and vegetables, but in cold water fish oil, egg yolk, and fortified foods like dairy.

Best source of Vitamin D is the sun. To bad we are so far from the equator the reap the benefits most of the year,

Vitamin D and green tea works for me! Also, to keep positive, I consider Dec. 22nd the first day of spring--that's when we start moving toward longer days.
