Wow this is a shocker!!! SIGH!!!! A month before the election and Obama is on the ropes and unemployment goes below 8%. What a crock.

A drop of .3% from an additional 114,000 is statistically impossible. There had to be a significant number of people who again dropped out of the labor market.

Take that, all you liars who say Obama isn't doing his job. He is an amazing President who is saving this country from the debacle the Republicans created, even though they have gone through amazing hoops trying to derail him. They will not prevail!

Rick Santelli predicted this months ago---> that the DOL would drive the rate under 8%. An amazing feat since there are less jobs now than when Obama took office almost 4 years ago, but now the rate is less than that moment.....like there arent more people in the work force than 4 years ago. Like DOJ, the DOL really reinforces the fact we have a Ministry of Truth in charge of running our govt. To Santelli, I can only say salute! as his cynicism has proved spot-on. For America, like the 6T in new debt, we are at the cliff. Vote in November! It is America's last chance.............

The devil is in the details as millins of people have left the workforce and are not looking. This is not a true reflection of our unemployment.

So what you are telling us is that after four years and spending a couple trillion dollars of taxpayer money that doesn't exist in "job recovery stimulus" we are still at square one? Wow, what a recovery.

Good god, for the first time in history the government is adding part time jobs to the mix. That's why it fell below 8%. It's politics people!

This answers alot of questions, Obama had these numbers before the debate and that explains why he was disinterested. Rush Limbaugh called this in February, he said magically the number will go to 7.8% right before the electtion. So we have created less jobs each month since January and 380,000 people a week are filing for unemployment each week and the numbers drop? Obama keeps saying the math doesnt work, neither does this math.

"The revisions showed that governments actually added 63,000 jobs in July and August, compared with earlier estimates that showed losses." Most amusing.
