Pssssssst, Colin. Sparky is NOT "a mutt (named) Sparky, a rat-shaped creature with a jelly bean nose and huge goggle eyes" He is an English Bull Terrier...check the 1984 short film of the same title. You'll be sorry you've offended all of the Bull Terrier owners out here...!
