America's Test Kitchen created some really good chocolate chip cookie recipes. There is one version that uses browned butter and dark brown sugar. For a basic chocolate chip cookie, though, you can't beat the basic recipe that is printed on a package of Nestle Tollhouse chocolate chips. One thing I hate is cookies that are raw in the middle. Can't stand that.

How do you get two dozen cookies from these amounts? I was able to squeeze out 15, and the last was a runt. All in all pretty good, use quality chocolate...
