Forty years later, singer Michael Johnson meets his daughter - and they've both wound up in the Twin Cities.

Oh, man, Michael can't be 68! That would mean..... I'm getting older. As wonderful as his recordings are, the true experience is to attend a concert with just him and his guitar. His guitar technique is amazing, his voice is warm, his lyrics are so touching and his sense of humor (shown both in songs and speaking) is wonderful. I've been to a lot of concerts by top musicians, but his concerts are the most meaningful. I've been following him since the early days, seeing him in Bemidji. It doesn't get any better than MJ and his guitar.

Johnson is such a great singer/guitarist! I was able to see him a few times in the late 80s/early 90s at the State Fair Bandshell. His 1979 album "Dialogue" is a flawless album. Glad to see that he's making peace with his daughter he never knew.
