Q. Did Engeldinger practice shooting? A. Why does that matter? Thousands of MN gun owners use ranges around the State every day. Are people who "practice" now suspects? Q. Did Engeldinger have a permit to carry? A. Why does this matter? Is the implication here that somehow he was able to carry this out because he had a permit? If he had no permit, I suppose he just would have left his gun at home, right?
