Caleb Thielbar and Bruce Pugh make the list, and Oswaldo Arcia doesn't? That's a questionable decision at best! Nothing against Pugh or Thielbar, but Arcia is one of the organization's best prospects, and barring a very disappointing season, he'll debut with the Twins in 2013.

I like Diamond, Hendricks, and Gibson at the back of that rotation with Bobby Cuellar as the new pitching coach. Those young guys will work out nicely. But we need to do something about those front two spots. That means, we need to trade Mauer and Span.
