Woooo! More great federal dollars spent! Thanks, Dept of Homeland "Security," for protecting us from the great Canadian threat! Yep, I get it that bad guys can fly into that hotbed of international ter ror, WINNIPEG, and then slip across the border... but they'll do it off the roads, folks, if they do it at all. Waste of money.
