Interesting how the "state rights" Republicans of North Dakota are now against state rights when they want to pollute. /// /// /// It seems pillaging and plundering is what they believe in and the other state vs. federal is only an argument to get what they want. /// /// /// But with all that said and done, please keep your coal pollution out of my lungs.

MN democrats legislating interstate commerce ( well they r going to loose and big)! Coal and the power generated is not unlawful. Unlike the silly euphorian laws MN passes! How about ND pass a law that dairy farmers from MN are destroying Mother Earth . So no dairy products from MN may be sold or imported to ND. Really makes no sense!
