Peterson's performance was really impressive today. Detroit knew he was getting the ball most every play and completely stacked the box yet AP surged forward by either dancing or dragging people with him. It was nice to see especially with a slowed down passing game.

So, is Peterson's recovery due to improved surgical procedures or AP's amazing ability to heal? Both?

When the Vikings offense takes care of the football and the Vikings defense gets gritty on every play, and when the Vikings special teams makes those kicking units special, they can play with any team in the league. Well done, boys.

Actually Greenway was flagged for a Helmet to Helmet hit... Apparently the writer likes to sprinkle sugar all over the Vikings miscues.

Harvin, Sherrill and AP were at their best. One problem was the prevent that aloowed the Lionjs to move down field quickly and it almost cost them the game. Stay aggressive and keep after the QB.

Ponder also fumbled in the Colts game, at midfield. The writer failed to mention that one. Offense sure turtled-up in this game, thankfully we have Harvin bringing kickoffs back. Ponder is more effective in the shotgun.
