Brian Billick saw the team lose to the Colts and wasn't impressed. Two games since have altered his viewpoint.

Billick wasn't impressed? I don't think anybody really cares what Billick thinks.

I to do not really care what Billick thinks but I do agree with him saying the Vikes can now play with anybody. Even diehard fans like myself were trying to find 5-6 teams on the Vikes schedule that could be possible wins. Vikes are probably not under the radar anymore so we will see what the coaching staff does to change things up.

So far, this is the common denominator I see....the Vikes lost to a team who has a QB with a superior arm. Now lets look at the QB's of the teams that the Vikes beat... Gabbert, Smith, and pudgy face Stafford! We'll see how good they are when they play the next strong arm QB

Whether you care or not, Billick was spot on with his assessment of this team. So far, the Vikes have pretty much played to the level of their opponent. Their two worst games were against Jax and Indy and they went 1-1. Then they play very well against SF and Detroit (both playoff teams from last year) and go 2-0. That tells me they can pretty much play with anyone right now. Yeah, the second half of the season is tougher but I like our chances after watching this team through the first four weeks. SKOL Vikes!!!

And a side note about Brian Billick... I once heard him speak to an Army unit that was headed to Iraq in 2008. It was at a hotel in Kansas City and there was a cash bar for the guys in the back area. Billick took out his AMEX card, slapped it down and said the "the bar is now open!" I don't remember much about what he said that night but his actions spoke louder than words! True story!

Detroit's touch down sure looked like the wrong call and could have cost the Vikings the game. If they were replacement refs, think there would have been complaining?

Since Gardy is going to have input on the changes, I hope he takes a look in the mirror and decides he had a good ten year run and then turns the keys over to someone else. It's time.
