It is long past due that Radio K is cut off from tax dollars. The constant whining for funds by the U of MN should tell us that they can't afford a radio station. If you want radio experience go to Brown College. Let's get rid of the nonsense and save some money. There are plenty of radio opportunities for kids elsewhere.

I was a volunteer dj on community station KAXE-FM in Grand Rapids from '78 to '82.It was a great experience for me and my listeners.I introduced them to music they would never hear and the station taught me alot.I listen to the Current streamed on the internet and see a great radio staion that I share with my friends now.

RadioK is the best radio station in the Twin Cities. No where else can you get such a variety of music played by talented yet unheard of bands. Rock on!
