Target accused of hometown knockoff

Minnetonka Moccasin says the retailer's thunderbird moccasins are too similar to its own design.

Well isn't this rich. I wonder if Minnetonka Moccasin has compensated any Native American tribes for the use of their designs and iconography over the years. Better yet, I wonder if Target is using the same Chinese factories that make Minnetonka Moccasin's products. That might explain how easy they were to knock-off.

Way to go Target. Just another street corner hustler of fake merchandise. Oh wait, big business can't be bothered with ethics. Maybe WalMart will knock-off the Mossimo knock-offs!
