Pretty accurate depiction. The Republicans know they aren't going to retain their majority in the legislature in the near future unless they change the law to unfairly tilt the voting in their favor.

There is always a Republican observer at the place where I vote on the Minneapolis Northside. He is the white guy in a suit trying to judge the voters by how they look. As a middle aged white woman, I just stare back at them with undisguised contempt and they always look away, slightly embarrassed. I suppose now they will be more aggressive. It won't go over well.
