If you aren't decided by now, you shouldn't be allowed to vote.

And the MN Democratic lemmings always look for the (D) on the ballot. Maybe we should have the candidate party designation removed from the ballot.... Thats the definition of confusion in Minnesota!

41% democrat, 31% independent and 28% republican is ridiculous. In May of 2010 Minnesota party affiliation was 36% republican, 35% democrat and 24% independent. The party affiliation poll was done by SurveyUSA and can be accessed on line.

The Minnesota Poll always looks like a "D" student's submission in a Statistics 101 class. Common sense should tell you that the party split must be closer than 41%/28% otherwise - How did the Republicans win majorities in both the State House and Senate in 2010? It can't be totally due to Independents or disaffected Democrats. That might explain a few races but not one party's takeover of an entire Legislature. For years we've consistently seen these skewed polls and then, when the actual results don't match, the difference gets written off as being due to "late deciders" and we're told that thousands of voters are suddenly changing their minds just before an election.

It's irresponsible to leave the Green Party off this type of poll. Jill Stein is on the ballot in 38 states (enough to win the electoral college) and has qualified for federal matching campaign funds (a reflection of popular support).
