Maybe this is a spring board for future series and games against the Yankees. Twins have been intimidated by them for a quite awhile. Maybe they aren't anymore. Glad to see Perkins instead of Capps. He's the Twins closer. Capps is all but gone.

It was fun to see the Twins with clutch hits in the seventh. Starting pitching (and relief) has been an adventure this year. Who are these guys? You need a scorecard to know the players. Let's win the rubber. These are our playoffs.

Another rockin' night at Target with another good crowd. Wouldn't see these crowds for a 90-some loss team in the Metrodome, even against the Yankees. Let's see, Twins are averaging 34.3 a game and hit 33.3 and 33.7 the past two nights. The only folks who think there are a lot of empty seats are the ones who aren't there.

BallFour...I saw the highlights the other night on MLB and they ain't lying...those outfield seats were sparse...where were you looking? maybe the rest of the park was full but that outfield looked empty and I'm watching on my computer not 10 ft from the tube..

Well, maybe things aren't always as ahey appear, eh, Lindy? Those who have been to Target know that people buy cheap seats and upgrade to better vantage points and watering holes. You can buy the cheapest ticket there and end up with a view overlooking the pitcher's mound from the Three Gingers bars, for example. Same when people gripe that there's no one sitting behind home plate. They're down below, eating free food, drinking free beer and whine and socializing.

Well then BallFour those empty outfield seats must have meant a lot of people in those concourses...otherwise my eyes don't deceive me. I'm not that old. And sorry BallFour I can't see into the concourses just looking at the seats. Geesh.

Free beer and wine? My brother has tickets to the Legends Area and we got nothing free...had to pay for our food. Where's this at?

By the way ballfour, I could take a pic of what I saw on the MLB channel/my computer and you could see all those empty seats. What are supposed to think when you see that?
