Unless something is done with the archaic laws allowing the rail roads (Progressive RR which in itself is an extreme oxymoron) to store the excessive inventory of old derelict RR cars in residential neighborhoods is taken care of for a substantial profit; why would anyone want to even move into Lakeville? This RR trash stored here under laws dating back to the 1800's is absurd by current standards and absolutely takes away from anyones desire to move to this community. A continual pattern of abusing this ability along with the continual reduction of homeowner property value itself only highlights why this community is not a draw for new homeowners as this article illustrates. One point to underscore this is all of the morons that do not live here in Lakeville or that work for a RR like Progressive (again a joke as profit minded only with no respect to the communities where they operate) that will respond to this post with their negative responses that have nothing to do with what I am pointing out! Thanks

Apparently you haven't traveled outside of the hwy 50 corridor. There is tons of new development in Lakeville. Just a select few individual who bought a house by a railroad track that has problems. Which would you rather have next door: a railroad or a pediphile? Be happy that you are in a safe city like Lakeville. The grass isn't greener on the other side
