Just checked the American League third basemen and only two are hitting less than our boy Plouffe. Two. Go get a thirdbasemen Twins in the off season.

You mean Joey boy isn't even thought of as an MVP. I mean the propaganda machine has been churning out all the positive numbers, average, OBP, games played etc. I am shocked, just shocked as per Louie in Casablanca. : )

Gardy is such a hypocrite. He preaches defense, defense, defense. He rags on players about their defense who aren't anywhere near as bad on defense as Cabrera and Gardy says he's the best player? There are 120 players (excluding catchers and pitchers) in baseball who have played enough to qualify for stats, and only NINE rate worse on defense. But yeah, best player. How about best hitter this year?
