Yes, estimate of disease burden of endemic NCDs is 25% in low income countries. Includes diseases such as rheumatic heart disease, Burkitt’s lymphoma, type 1 diabetes, epilepsy, and lung disease from exposure to indoor cooking fires. See World Heart Federation article:
