There goes Gardenhire again with the pitch count. The kid has thrown 91 pitches so let him get himself out of a jam, gaining some good experience and some toughness! It's almost the end of the season so let's find out if this kid can pitch or not. How many times have Gardenhire taken a pitcher out because of pitch counts this season instead of having a feel for the situation.

What makes Gardy and company think guys like Waldrop and Burnett, who cannot strike out hitters, should be used in the late innings of close games? This whole organization has no clue what good pitching is! PITCH TO CONTACT....EVEN OUT OF THE BULLPEN? WITH RUNNERS IN SCORING POSITION? REALLY? How can ANY of the coaches or talent evaluators keep their jobs?
