You're right. Obama gets lots of criticism about telepromters. Maybe Willard should try using one.

yes yes, please pay attention to a poorly worded explanation of the percentage of people receiving entitlements... not on my record. I'd be pointing at other people too, and not my record, if I was Barrack (everybody calling Romney Willard, I thought I'd start calling him Barrack).
