Sure, more excersize would rock. I try but in a world where people must have two jobs, take care of kids, chores, etc etc...Theres not much time to get much in. If we made living wages, we would have time to be more active. I know many people who work 16 hours come home, try to stuff something in their faces, go to bed, get up get the kids ready and off to school and back to the grind. I personally lucked out and my job gave me a schedule that gets me off early enough in the day to have an hour or two to myself before my daughter gets off the bus so I am now allotted my gym time I have longed for! And time to cook at home and make healthier meals. I did it for years then was working crazy hours and in a position where i couldnt...Im so excited to get back to my old routines (but Ill have to break bad habits I gained along the way)
ba-WAARRPPPP! yeah, get right on it, as soon as my wrists stop jiggling.
