Shes lived her life, raised her kids, dealt with an abusive man and now shes at an age where she should enjoy life...Let her do it. She knows the situation and while I generally disagree with someone getting involved while still married, there very well may be a good reason not to divorce. Sounds like moms having a blast, let her.

If you want to give a one time gift to friends do it but make it clear, even if its in a card with the gift that this is a one time thing...maybe a note that states...I just wanted to share my blessing with the ones I love so here is a one time gift I would like to pass along...

Sometimes, it is cheaper to keep her. (Regarding the wife the beau isn't divorcing). Apparently mom knows this and is fine. It also leaves pressure off her to feel compelled to possibly remarry, most likely by her children.
