Amy, you have not voted for a spending cut, a budget reduction...or a budget for that matter, or a deficit reduction. $7.2 Trillion in new debt since you went to Washington to represent us, instead you not only spent our future, but also our children's, and grand children's! But I guess the liberals are okay with lies....very expensive lies!

Question for Klobuchar: Why do you favor ILLEGAL aliens over unemployed citizens of Minnesota? Your terrible voting record proves my point.

Come on Bills, get to some hard questions for Klobuchar. Why has the Senate, unlawfully, not put forth a budget durign Obama's entire term? Why has Klobuchar not said anything about this? Apparently she agrees with Obama/Reid approach of no budget. Why has Klobuchar not said anything about the nation's failed policies in the mideast where 20 countries have people attacking our embassies and assets. Why has Klobuchar not spoken about our $16 trillion debt and our annual deficits over a trillion, Does she even understand the issues?

whalling: "Does she even understand the issues?" Far better than Bills ever could. Charismatic, effective and popular, Amy will be re-elected by double digits. With a majority in the House, Obama should be able to submit and get passed a budget that the GOP has blocked. It is so convenient for the righties to blame Obama for being unable to accomplish things that the GOP has filibustered and obstructed for four years. Totally hypocritical and dangerous. The GOP doesn't want to govern, they want to RULE.

"Liberty Republicans will sit this race out. First, Kurt Bills betrayed Ron Paul and endorsed Mitt Romney. Second, Kurt Bills stabbed libertarians in the back in Tampa. Now, Kurt Bills is anxious to raise taxes in order to avoid government cuts. He has become a "big government" Establishment Republican. Who cares?

Senator Klobuchar: How can you talk, with a straight face, about a budget when the Dem controlled senate has NOT even passed a budget in nearly 4 year? Where is your outrage/courage/leadership to get someting done in the senate. I have not seen or heard any comments from you about this. And spending is simply out of control. Your actions (more so, inactions) over the last several years have proven where you really stand on fiscal issues. I want someone who will actually be a true, independent leader. Someone who will stand up and do what is right. There is no reason the senate should be allowed to not pass a budget. That is one of its only constitutional duties, and it has failed.

ivehadit: The budgets the president submitted did not even get Dem votes in the senate. If memory serves me well, I don't think his budgets even received a combined 5 votes in the senate. Pretty pathetic, but it shows just how extreme he is. And keep in mind, he had BOTH the house and senate his first two years in office, so don't make it sound like it's the house. Besides, as others have pointed out, the senate has not passed a budget in nearly four years!

ivehadit: You wrote that the Repubs want to rule not govern. Really?? That is exactly what this administration is doing: ruling. If the president doesn't like a law, he simply issues and Executive Order to skirt the law. He has issued more ExOrds than any other president, and he has more czars than he does cabinet member.

We need a leader like Kurt Bills. He will make the tough decisions. We need common sense citizen legislators. Bills fits the bill!!
