"Mitt Romney has said he will repeal the law if he wins the election."------------------------------In a pig's eye. Much as I'd like to see that happen, the odds of getting all the planets aligned in such a manner as to get a bill to repeal on the president's desk are...well...it ain't gonna happen. We're going to have to learn to live with it and all the unintended (intended?) consequences coming down the road.

I'm actually pretty excited about transparency in the pricing of health insurance. This could drive down some costs when consumers see the numbers. Not everyone needs a BMW plan.

I agree with you Furguson...this Affordable Care Act is a good thing. It has already helped so many people and will continue to do so. The only people who don't want this insurance for so many other people who didn't have insurance, or couldn't afford to buy it, are the right-wing Obama haters!!! Face it, this is a good thing!

INTERESTING THAT the 2 million it would cost the state to impliment "voter id" got all the usual hard core DFL liberals in an uproar but the 50 to 70 million the state will spend on this sounds great to them. too funny.

Not everyone needs a BMW plan.......I think it's sad that as Americans we feel we should tell people what they need instead of what they want. If our irrational spending has caused this, then we should accept our sentence.

I sometimes wonder why as a taxpayer I'm paying for a system (exchange) that government will force other taxpayers to purchase a product from a private company.

We should work together to make this insurance exchange market a good and transparent thing. This shouldn't be a partisan issue. If build a good exchange, it will help us make better health care decisions and save individuals, businesses and the state money in the long run.

It figures Minnesota does everything wrong, exchanges will be an after thought shortly Obamacare is a waste of money and another new tax. In this case the majority has to change to appease a small minority.
