I for one are very tired of hearing how they should have won. Maybe they wern't penalties but the defense still has to suck it up and make a stop to get to OT. Getting tired of all talk and no performance-just like last year.

to many penalties this falls on the coaching staff i blame them no discipline like i always say there is always something with this team they always find or create ways to loose how do you loose to a team with a rookie Q.B. only the vikings can and find ways

And here come the 49ers, a team that doesn't have many penalties or turnovers. The Vikes have beaten them here before but there can be no errors Sunday.

Those weren't penalties. The Vikes did make contact with the punter, but Jared did not hit Luck out of bounds. Period. Also, Percy was going for the ball and was called for PI that should have been called on the defense. AND......why did the clock start again after a Viking time out??? Please bring back the regular refs!!!

I am one of the Vikings biggest fans and even I could see Jared Allen hit luck 1 foot OB so the personal foul was a good call. If Allen couldn't see where he was he should be wearing glasses. Matt Kalil killed us also with his utterly stupidity hit which will be called for personal foul %100 of the time. I'm fine with the loss, it's the personal fouls that ticked me off big time. We would have won the game had it not been for them 15 yarders and I believe we had 3 or 4 in the game that were at crucial times. Our offensive line played poorly, our defense played even worst and we just didn't deserve it.

Dear Mr. Wilf, Please spend money on a new Coaching staff which doesn't seem to understand that being a Defensive Minded crew they suck!! Less than 30 seconds left and too give up two passes of more than 20 yards is pathetic to say the least! Glad Williams threw his helmet and I only hope it is frustration with the coaches! Leave him in the game on 3rd downs! Coach Frazier, Your idea of a defensive scheme sucks! Oh yeah and Pondeer stop holding the ball and taking sacks when you should just throw it away! Ref's were ok in this game, should have been 5 yards on the running into kicker not 15 for ruffing the kicker and Jared started the tackle in play but this didn't cost us the game the lazy defense did! Where was the long ball yesterday?

ottermae, I always record the game and I watched that play 3 times from my recording. The tackle started with Luck in bounds not out! It was a bad call! I don't think it cost us the game but clearly Luck was on the field when jared made contact. Not sure if you weren't able to see it in slower motion but that shouldn't matter as if it is that close it should not have been called.

The defense has to get off the field! They have given up 16 third down conversions, last in the NFL. It's time for Frazier to step up, he's supposed to be a defensive specialist.

I have to say that the penalty against Jared Allen, which did not cause us to lose the game, was fairly cheesy. Yes, he touched Luck out of bounds but it was not a late hit or roughing. It could have been just as easy to let it slide, like Allen's arm slid down Luck's leg. It wasn't a hit. Now, a bit later in the game, Percy WAS hit out of bounds down by the end zone and there was no flag there. But, overall, the refs didn't cause us to lose the game.

we had what... 4 or fewer penalties all last game? This week we have 11? sounds like a victory causes our guys to lose focus. Some calls were made in error by the refs but for the most part we just weren't focused enough. Going to have to be super focuses Sunday against the niners just so we don't lose by 30.
