At least President Obama is standing up to Netanyahu. Israel is an important ally, but Netanyahu's war proposal is bad for both the U.S. and Israel. The sad thing is that Mitt Romney seems willing to outsource our foreign policy to a foreign leader if it means some votes and campaign donations. His constant pandering is bad for our national security and, if he gets elected and Netanyahu gets his war, it will be terrible for American citizens--much higher gas prices, increased terrorism etc.

Netanyahu is also bad for Israel. His right wing policies have further marginalized Palestinians and further pushed back the necessary change that will ultimately be Israel's - and the region's - best chance for peace and prosperity. Add that to another war and Israel will surely be set back for decades to come. To stay strong, it needs to be resolute, but through leadership and problem-solving via peaceful means.

How odd. Netanyahu is depicted as the war monger and I have never once heard HIM threaten Iran with annihilation.
