I have trouble respecting Jeffrey Toobin after the O.J. Simpson case. When the case was going on, Jeffrey discussed every development smiling like it was one big whodunnit and every day there was more waiting for some enormous mystery to be unraveled. He was almost giggly as he pronounced daily that it was anybody's guess what had happened to Nicole Simpson and her male visitor. Since the trial, he has sternly announced that there "isn't any doubt" that Simpson was guilty.

Sorry, Toobin is delusional if he believes Roberts is 'more radical' than Obama. Did Roberts hang around with unrepentent terrorists like Obama did? Did Roberts sit in front of a hate-filled pastor spewing anti-American garbage in church for decades like Obama did? Was Roberts a 'community agitator' like Obama is? NO to all the above. Obama doesn't care one bit about the Constitution, basically ignores it and shreds it routinely with his 'executive orders', while Roberts respects it and interprets it the way the Founders believed it should be interpreted. And for Toobin to even remotely believe that it's the Republicans who are 'judicial activists' is simply astoundingly wrong. Sorry, but this book would only make sense to the kool-aid drinkers. It has no basis in the real world.

Agree with minn12. So when the 4 liberal justices vote along those biases without fail, not a peep of questioning their objectivity. In fact, Ginsberg has openly stated she vastly prefers So Africa's Constitution over our own. And that's not more radical than the Republicans? No - Robert's is attempting to diminish the attempted liberal radicalization of US law. I mean Toobin is from Harvard - the epicenter of Liberalism - what else do you expect?

Expert? Why our media continues to support these dummies speaks to THEIR lack of objectivity (both liberal and conservative). This guy's a hack, (like so many of the media writers -- note I didn't write reporters), who expresses his bias as a 'talking head' and then is proven to be wrong more often than right. The media gives them a free pass time after time because they share the same bias. After all, he's spoken to 'most' supreme court justices and staff. Not on the record, however. THAT makes him an expert? Hardly.

Toobin is a proven womanizer. An adulterer and someone who stalks women who snub him. Just chekc out his history.
