The Gophers know they can take pressure off MarQueis Gray and hammer New Hampshire with their depth at running back.

The bottom line is Gray still needs to complete his passes. Comments on how well Gray runs, means N.H. will stack the line. Same as when Mason had Maroney and crew, 9 to 11 men in the box, made it difficult to run. This season definitely lies on Gray and his passing, good luck, Go Gophers.

Kill still needs to recruit a breakaway 4-star running back. Maroney, Russell, Barber were all threats to go 20 yards plus. Any of these guys going to do it? Step it up Jerry!!

The Gophers need to run the ball at least 50 times in this game. They have a size advantage up front that they need to take advantage of. There will be opportunities to throw the ball downfield, which will be more effective if they can establish a solid running game in the first half.
