Ryan seems to be a habitual liar...first the janesville auto plan, then the ridiculous marathon lie...what's next? Major character questions.
Yeah, Ryam is another Bill Clinton.
Ryan lies...Romney swears to it...Romney lies...Ryan swears to it. Need I say more?
Nice cartoon. Now, how about one showing Romney releasing the last ten years of his tax returns. What's he hiding? Maybe you can have him peaking around the corner at the I.R.S. office or something?
Is this the best you have? Getting a time wrong on a marathon from twenty years ago? That's almost as bad as having to go back 40 years to Romney cutting a guy's hair. Where is the cartoon about Obama lying about being beside his mother as she died (he was on a book tour) or about her supposed insurance problems (she was FULLY covered for treatment.)
kleindropper--I'm glad you brought up the Romney assault agin, because that should not be forgotten. He was 18, so we could accept it and move on if he admitted to it for what it was and expressed real remorse. BUT to dismiss an ugly assault as simple teen "hijinks", . . . well . . . if HE can't come to grips with it, then I think WE need to hold on to it also as still informative about his character.
Hilarious! Obama admits to doing and dealing drugs in high school (ref. Choom Gang, Dreams of my Father) and you are berating Romney for cutting a kids hair? Do you know anything about your candidate and what he has done in his life?
Kliendropper--Yikes, two things: 1) smoking pot vs. assault; these seem like two very different things, and 2) my whole point was that, given that they only teenagers, the MOST important thing is simply that they admit their crimes and show the maturity that they lacked at the time. THIS is what is so concerning about Mitt Romney. His assault obviously left an indelible imprint on the lives of several others, but he can't be bothered to address in now with anything more than a wink, a chuckle and a wave of his hand. Again, not a great testament to his character.
